MADISON, Wis, - Representative Gae Magnafici, (R- Dresser) took the oath of office on Monday, beginning her second term in the State Legislature.
“I’m honored and grateful my constituents sent me to Madison for a second term as their State Representative. Northwestern Wisconsin has many unique challenges, and my top priority is focusing on the families that I represent,” Rep. Magnafici said.
She continued, “One of my top priorities is small business relief during COVID, and ensuring my constituents stay safe and healthy. Due to government-mandated shutdowns, small businesses and their employees are drowning with no end in sight. I’m focusing on changing that.”
Representative Magnafici is chair of the Committee on Family Law, Vice-Chair of the Committee on Substance Abuse and Prevention, and serves on Aging and Long-Term Care, Constitution and Ethics, Health, Jobs and the Economy, Mental Health, and Tourism committees.
“I urge all of my constituents to follow me on Facebook for updates on what I’m up to at the Capitol. To contact me, you can call me at (608) 267-2365 or email me at Rep.Magafici@legis.wi.gov. I have two new staff members Jensen V., my Legislative Assistant, and Evan H. my Research Assistant, who are happy to assist with any issues you might have,” Rep. Magnafici said.
