POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) – A report of alleged physical abuse of a child under the age of 10 has resulted in felony charges in Polk County Circuit Court against Kyle Phillips, age 34, of Amery, Wisconsin.
Phillips is facing additional charges in a second felony criminal case filed in Polk County, alleging that he intimidated a victim and committed multiple violations of his bail bond conditions.
