POLK COUNTY -- Authorities in Polk County have released the name of the individual who died following a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Saturday, August 14th, 2021, near the intersection of State Hwy 46 and Vijobi Trail in the Town of Lincoln.
Polk County Sheriff Brent Waak says the victim is identified as Tony Robak from Amery Wisconsin.
