POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) – The Court has accepted a plea to an amended charge in a Sexual Assault case filed against Thomas Sellers, age 41, of St. Croix Falls. Details about the reason for the amendment were not included in online court records. Sellers was charged following an investigation by the Balsam Lake Police Department.
Sellers appeared on April 2, 2025, to enter his plea and receive his sentence in Polk County Circuit Court.
