I am pleased to announce as of January 1, 2022 I will be retiring from the practice of dentistry. My office located at 415 Front Street Spooner, will be merging with Dr. Paul Kloek of Green Valley Dental care, located at W7154 Green Valley Road, Spooner.
If you are an active patient of Dr. Knoepke (having received treatment from us in the past 3 years), Dr. Kloek will now be your custodian of records for your charts. All previously scheduled treatment will be assumed by Dr. Kloek’s office and they will be happy to continue the excellent care you have received.
All other patients can request record copies to be sent to the office of their choice for the next 30 days by contacting us by mail at P.O. Box 249 Spooner, WI 54801.
The decision to retire was a difficult one to make, but the decision to merge with Dr. Kloek was not, as I am impressed with his sincerity and dedication to providing top level dental care.
It has been my pleasure to serve your dental needs for 43 years.
