RICE LAKE, WI -- NorthLakes Community Clinic recently announced the expansion of its services to include Behavioral Health, addressing a critical healthcare need in the region.
In response to the significant care gap created by the withdrawal of HSHS and Prevea from the area this past summer, NorthLakes is stepping forward to provide essential mental health support to the community. The clinic is committed to ensuring that patients continue to receive the comprehensive care they deserve.
"We recognize the challenges our community has faced with recent healthcare service reductions," said Ana Tochterman, chief executive officer of NorthLakes Community Clinic. "Our expansion of Behavioral Health services is a direct response to the community's needs, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to comprehensive, accessible healthcare."
Allison Allen, chief behavioral health officer, added, "We are excited to introduce Tracy R. Kleingartner, MS, LPC, a highly experienced Behavioral Health therapist who will be serving patients aged 16 and older."
Tracy Kleingartner brings extensive expertise in trauma treatment, specializing in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. Kleingartner is dedicated to helping individuals resolve deep-seated traumas and improve their daily functioning.
"Therapy can be challenging, but it's a journey of healing," Kleingartner advises patients. "Some sessions may be difficult, but others will leave you feeling lighter and more hopeful. Trust the process, and you can achieve the personal growth you're seeking."
Behavioral Health services will be located at 1051 West Avenue in Rice Lake, a different location than the current Pediatric Therapies and Patient Support services currently available.
NorthLakes Community Clinic offers a Sliding Fee Scale to ensure that Behavioral Health services are accessible to all community members. Individuals interested in learning more about these new services can visit nlccwi.org or contact the clinic directly at (715) 719-1010.
