POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A new criminal complaint has been filed in Polk County Circuit Court against Eric Wirth, age 45. DrydenWire reported in January 2024 that Wirth was sentenced on a sexual assault conviction in Monroe County Circuit Court. He is now serving that 40-year sentence while still facing additional sexual assault charges in Sawyer County Circuit Court.
Multiple felony charges have now been filed in a new Polk County complaint, including stalking, false imprisonment, and sexual assault.
