WASHBURN COUNTY -- Andrew Ferguson has been sentenced in Washburn County Circuit Court on a conviction for OWI with a minor child in the car. Ferguson was arrested in December 2020 by the Wisconsin State Patrol, and charges were filed against him in August 2021.
