(DrydenWire) -- The Court has sentenced Corby Gordon, age 50, of Hayward, WI, of Operating a Vehicle with a Restricted Controlled Substance, 5th offense. Gordon was arrested in August 2021 after Washburn County Sheriff’s Deputies had contact with his parked vehicle and noticed the aroma of marijuana coming from his vehicle. Charges were later filed against him, following blood sample testing by the Wisconsin State Lab of Hygiene.
