BURNETT COUNTY -- A 59-year-old man who was reported missing Wednesday morning was found deceased in the afternoon, according to a press release from the Burnett County Sheriff’s Office.

On June 15th, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., Burnett County Dispatch received a call of a missing adult male near E. Connors Lake Rd in Oakland Township. The male was last seen the night before and his pontoon boat was missing from the shore.
Emergency Services responded and the boat was located unattended.
At approximately 12:41 p.m., the body of Gregory J. Mann (59) was located in the water deceased.
