(DrydenWire) -- Charges of 7th Offense OWI have been filed in Washburn County against Darryl Cole, age 67, of Chetek, WI after the Washburn County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an intoxicated driver driving into a fence. Cole did not know where he was, and while being transported to a hospital, he was yelling incoherent statements and making screaming noises, according to a criminal complaint filed against Cole.
