The Department of Natural Resources will hold a public hearing on Sept. 4 at 6 p.m. to gather public input on a proposed permanent rule,  FH-02-18, which implements the 2018-2028 Lake Superior Fishing Agreement.  This permanent rule follows passage of emergency rule FH-01-18(E) in March 2019 and contains similar updates.

Hearing Information

  • Date: Sept. 4, 2019
