Webster, WI — Indianhead Community Action Agency, Inc. (ICAA) is excited to announce the ICAA Burnett Co. Food Pantry is partnering with the Caring Hearts Thrift Shop. The Burnett County Connections Store ceased thrift store operations November 15, although food pantry services have continued. Since then, ICAA has partnered with the Caring Hearts Thrift Shop, which is taking over the thrift store operations and will continue to operate the food pantry out of the same location.
ICAA’s CEO, Jennifer Shearer said, “We are excited to enter into a new partnership with Caring Hearts Thrift Shop. Our goal is to continue to provide healthy food options for low-income individuals and families throughout Burnett County. It’s an important resource for the communities and the partnership with Caring Hearts Thrift Shop will help us continue to meet our goal.”
Beginning December 3, 2019, in addition to operating the ICAA Burnett Co. Food Pantry, the Caring Hearts Thrift Shop will reopen the thrift store at 26356 Lakeland Ave South, Webster, WI. Regular operating hours for Caring Hearts Thrift Shop will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 – 2:00. Regular operating hours for the ICAA Burnett Co. Food Pantry are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
