WASHBURN COUNTY / (DrydenWire) -- Joseph Rogers, of Hayward, WI, has been sentenced on his homicide conviction in the July 16, 2019, death of Troy Sweep in Spooner, WI. Rogers was arrested and later charged following the investigation into the fatal stabbing that occurred in a Spooner Mobile Home Park and resulted in Sweep’s death.
