HAYWARD, Wis. -- NorthLakes Community Clinic is now offering Patient Prescription Services at its Hayward location on Rivers Edge Drive.
Exclusive to NorthLakes patients, these new services help meet prescription needs with in-clinic convenience. Staff is made available to address timely inquiries, as well as fulfill medication, prescription and authorization requests from NorthLakes Community Clinic providers.
“This addition allows us to provide more comprehensive care to our valued patients,” said NorthLakes Community Clinic CEO Reba Rice. “By integrating Patient Prescription Services with our other clinical offerings, the Hayward clinic becomes a one-stop health care destination.”
Other services provided on-site include Behavioral Health, Chiropractic, Dental, Medical, Nutrition Therapy, Patient Supports, Pediatric Therapies, Psychiatry and Recovery. NorthLakes Community Clinic in Hayward is accepting new patients at this time.
Patient Prescription Services can be found through Entrance B at the Hayward clinic. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a daily closure between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. Patients seeking prescription authorization should allow up to 72 business hours for their provider to respond.
