SAWYER COUNTY — A single-vehicle crash on Wednesday in the Town of Bass Lake has resulted in the death of a 33-year-old man from Reserve, WI, according to a press release from the Sawyer County Sheriff’s Office.
(Press Release) — On November 27, 2019 at 2:53 p.m., Sawyer County Sheriff’s Office Deputies, LCO Tribal Wardens, Sawyer County EMS and the LCO and Bass Lake Fire Departments responded to a one vehicle crash on CTH E near Agency Road in the Town of Bass Lake in Sawyer County.
Initial investigation indicates that a 2006 Dodge Ram Truck driven by Bradley A. Wilson, 33 of Reserve was traveling southbound on CTH E near Agency Road at a high rate of speed, passing another vehicle in a no passing zone, lost control of his vehicle leaving the roadway, striking trees and rolling on the vehicle’s roof before it came to rest.
Mr. Wilson received fatal injuries from the crash. Mr. Wilson was the only occupant in the vehicle.
This traffic crash remains under investigation by the Sawyer County Sheriff’s Office and the Sawyer County Coroner’s Office.
