(DrydenWire) -- A death investigation in Rice Lake, WI, has resulted in Reckless Homicide charges of Rosemarie Hart, age 38, of Cumberland, WI. The Medical Examiner determined the cause of death was the toxic effects of fentanyl and methamphetamine. Hart is charged with providing the drugs to the deceased during the night that the death occurred.
