BARRON COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Criminal charges are proceeding in Barron County Circuit Court against several individuals, stemming from a fatal motorcycle collision on August 19, 2023.
The collision claimed the life of 37-year-old Charles Kee, of Rice Lake, WI. The driver of the other motorcycle, Tyler Baker, age 32, of Rice Lake, WI, fled from the crash scene and was later located. Baker is facing felony charges including Hit and Run - Resulting in Death. Lesser criminal charges are also filed against 4 other individuals, Brett Hrdlicka, Dustin Puig, Bailey Basham, and Ashley Walton.
