BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Criminal charges are proceeding against two following a traffic stop in Burnett County. Joseph Collins, age 40, of Cumberland, WI, and Melissa Stramer, age 38, of Isanti, MN, were both arrested after an incident in July 2024 when law enforcement engaged in a high-speed pursuit of Collins’ vehicle. During the traffic stop, law enforcement located weapons, meth, and drug paraphernalia.
