POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Homicide charges have been filed against 20-year-old Isaiah Moody, of New Richmond, WI after state crime lab test results allegedly showed that he had marijuana in his system when he was operating a vehicle involved in a fatal crash in Polk County in February 2023. The multi-vehicle crash resulted in the death of Masen Powell, and severe injuries to others.
