SAWYER COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has sentenced Wanda Aaron, age 35, of Hayward, WI, for convictions stemming from an April 2024 Sawyer County investigation. A call for service to a possible domestic disturbance led to law enforcement’s investigation. Ralph Suddeth was also arrested, charged, and has since been sentenced on his convictions.
The charges filed against Ralph and Wanda stated that the couple imprisoned two autistic children in makeshift 'cages.' The children, ages 6 and 3, were locked in behind panels and grates that were screwed into doorframes from the outside.
