WASHBURN COUNTY -- The Court has sentenced Brandon Melton on convictions stemming from a case involving a motorcycle crash and the disappearance of equipment from a construction site in Washburn County.
Melton appeared most recently on March 9, 2023, for a sentencing hearing regarding the charges filed against him. The Hon. John Anderson heard from both District Attorney Marcoux and the defense counsel for Melton about a settlement agreement that had been reached.
