WASHBURN COUNTY -- The Court has dismissed the felony charge of Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place that was filed against Charles Blair, 67, following the overdose death of 19-year-old Logan Demarr in Spooner, WI. Criminal charges were also filed against Mariah Pettit and Alana Yates.
