WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has accepted a deferred agreement for the final person to be sentenced in a Washburn County drug trafficking case. Mariah Pettit has been sentenced on her convictions from a 2022 drug trafficking case that also resulted in a conviction for Alana Yates. Charles Blair, although originally charged, received a dismissal of his charges. At a recent court hearing, Hon. Judge Judge Angeline Winton accepted a deferred agreement for Pettit’s conviction.
