Convicted Sex Offender To Reside in Ladysmith, WI

SEX OFFENDER RELEASE - Aaron E. Simpson

SIMPSON remains under the close supervision of local Probation Agents, including being restricted geographically by electronic monitoring equipment. SIMPSON is also required to follow specific and detailed rules prescribed by WI DOC including no unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with his previous victim/s, no illegal narcotics, and abide by his lifetime registration with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry Program.

SIMPSON was convicted of the following offenses in Rusk County, Wisconsin:

• 3RD DEGREE SEXUAL ASSAULT [2 COUNTS] - convicted 3/10/2010
• 1ST DEGREE SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD - convicted 9/2/1997

SIMPSON’S 2010 sexual assault conviction involved sexual intercourse with a 16 year old juvenile female while his 1997 conviction involved fondling and digital penetration of a 12 year old juvenile female.

As of SEPTEMBER 10, 2019, SIMPSON will be residing at 402 W FRITZ AVE, LADYSMITH WI 54848 and not in Bruce, WI as was originally advised by WI DOC.
