RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A 2021 criminal case against convicted sex offender David W. Evans, 62, of Glen Flora, charging him with sexual assault and armed burglary, has been dismissed.
Evans, who is currently serving a prison sentence for a prior sexual assault conviction, was accused of forcing his way into a Glen Flora residence and assaulting a woman while armed with a knife.
