The Chippewa County Sheriff's Office is actively investigating the theft of a 26-foot 2022 Forest River Shasta pull-behind camper that took place between late December and early January. In an effort to crack the case, investigators have identified a vehicle associated with the theft and are now seeking the public's help in identifying the truck's owner/operator.

During the canvassing of the area, investigators uncovered crucial details about the suspect vehicle. The truck in question is reported to have distinctive features, including an outside cab visor, a missing passenger running board, a tailgate that is absent, and the possibility of a fuel tank located in the bed of the truck.
