POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Felony charges have been filed against Danielle J. Tooze, age 37, of Hastings, MN, following an incident in July 2024 during which law enforcement engaged in the pursuit of a Silver Dodge Ram.
Tooze allegedly told law enforcement that she was suffering from PTSD and was scared, which led to her fleeing from law enforcement.
