BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) - New criminal charges have been filed in Burnett County Circuit Court against James Rogert Sergi Brown regarding a firearm incident that occurred in July 2023.
The original charges were recently dismissed following a motion hearing.
Multiple agencies responded to the incident, which began when a firefighter found James lying in a roadway and escalated into shots being fired before James was subdued by multiple officers and taken into custody.
