POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has sentenced Donald Duclon, age 55, of Almena, WI, on felony charges for operating while intoxicated from a May 2023 crash in Polk County. At the time of the crash, Duclon was on probation for felony convictions in two other counties. That probation was revoked, leading to incarceration in state prison on those prior convictions. A jury trial was held in May 2024 regarding these new charges against Duclon, and he was found guilty.
