WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - A criminal complaint has been filed in Washburn County Circuit Court against Harley Goetsch, age 27, of Rice Lake, WI, charging him with sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13. Goetsch would have been 20 years old when the assaults allegedly occurred.
