(DrydenWire) -- David T. Nelson, age 84, has been sentenced on a conviction for a 10th-offense OWI charge from an incident that occurred in Washburn County in 2016. Nelson’s case was in warrant status from 2016 until 2022 when he was arrested and appeared in Washburn County Circuit Court.
