Norbert Anthony “Tony” Dantzman, an 89-year-old Crescent City, California man is still missing. His family is offering $5,000 for information leading to the recovery of Tony.
Tony disappeared from a Wisconsin motel on August 30th, 2019, and is known to suffer from dementia and other cognitive issues. Identifying physical features of Tony’s are his index fingers on his hands are both crooked. He was also wearing a gold ring on his right hand when he was seen leaving the motel. He left the motel without his wallet, money, and his cellphone. A nationwide Silver Alert has been issued and his family pleads that if he is sighted, to contact local law enforcement or call 911 immediately.
Tony’s family has considered many possibilities as to his whereabouts after leaving the motel. Due to his dementia, Tony could be unaware he is lost or missing. He was known for his physical fitness, strength, and mobility and could be trying to make his way home to California. Tony had recently joked about looking for a new wife, which is why his family believes he could be living with someone who is not aware he is missing.
