WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - The Court has sentenced the 4th man that was charged in Washburn County Circuit Court following a law enforcement investigation into the removal of birch from land belonging to Washburn County.
Andrew Mortensen, Michael Balog, Steven Turner, and Bradley Kent were each charged with conspiracy to commit theft of and criminal damage of property belonging to the County of Washburn. Balog, Turner, and Kent were each previously sentenced on criminal convictions from their charges.
