BURNETT COUNTY — A 28-year-old Siren, WI man has been charged with sexual assault of a child under the age of 16.
Nathan Miesner, age 28, of Siren, WI is facing felony charges in Burnett County Circuit Court for Class C Felony Sexual Assault of a Child Under 16 Years of Age and Class C Felony Repeated Sexual Assault of a Child.
According to a criminal complaint filed against Miesner, the assaults occurred between May 1 and September 1 of 2018. The criminal complaint states that the juvenile female was interviewed on September 25, 2018 by law enforcement and a social worker. During the interview, the juvenile female stated that the assaults had occurred both at an apartment located in Siren, WI and a residence located in Webster, WI.
Online circuit court records show that Miesner was placed on a $3,500 cash bail bond, and that he appeared most recently on October 24, 2018 for an initial appearance regarding his criminal charges. Miesner’s next court date was not listed at the time of this post.
In a separate case filed against him in Burnett County Circuit Court, Miesner is charged with Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct from an incident occurring on August 31, 2018. Details of that case are not known to DrydenWire.com at this time.
If convicted as charged, Miesner faces a maximum sentence of 40 years confinement in State Prison on each of the sexual assault charges.
