COVID-19: Potential Exposure at Washburn County Business

News Release

The Washburn County Health Department is alerting the public of potential COVID-19 exposure at the following Washburn County business for the following dates and times:

  • Mary’s Bluegill Bar in Birchwood
    • Sunday 11/29/2020 from 4:00 pm until close
    • Monday 11/30/2020 from 6:00 pm until close

The Washburn County Health Department and Mary’s Bluegill Bar Management are releasing this notification to ensure that any individuals who were at this establishment during the dates and times above can take steps to protect their health.

If you were at this location during the provided dates AND are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, stay home, do not go to work and contact a healthcare provider to be tested. Symptoms may develop 2-14 days after exposure, so please continue to monitor yourself. Symptoms of COVID-19 include:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing  Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or Runny nose
  • Nausea or Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
