WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Criminal charges have been filed against Joshua Cosmo Robinson, age 47, of Spooner, WI, following an investigation by the Washburn County Sheriff’s Office and the Washburn County Department of Human Services into allegations that over the course of a year, Robinson repeatedly sexually assaulted a child to whom he had contact. At a recent bail hearing, Robinson was placed on a $15,000 cash bail bond by Hon. Angeline Winton.
