RUSK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Criminal charges involving alleged child sexual assault and child neglect are filed in Rusk County Circuit Court against husband and wife Josiah and Danielle Leisner. Rusk County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation after the allegations were reported in February 2023. At their bail hearings, Rusk County Assistant District Attorney Kelz requested a $10,000 signature bond for Josiah, and a $5,000 signature bond for Danielle, and Judge Barna ordered the same.
