POLK COUNTY (DrydenWire) - New charges of child sexual assault have been filed in Polk County Circuit Court against registered sex offender Daniel Shelby, age 55, of Turtle Lake, WI.
Shelby, who is required to register as a sex offender until 2031, allegedly committed multiple sexual assaults against a juvenile between June 2024 and October 2024.
At a recent court hearing, the Hon. Judge James Krupa accepted a bail recommendation from Polk County District Attorney Jeffrey Kemp and ordered a $10,000 cash bond for Shelby.
