WASHBURN COUNTY (DrydenWire) - Felony charges have been filed in Washburn County against Brandon Barrett, age 39, of Trego, WI, following an investigation by the Minong Police Department into allegations that Barrett was attempting to meet an underage female for a sexual encounter. A Minong Police Officer responded to the scene after Washburn County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch was contacted by the organization “Bikers Against Predators (BAP).” BAP is a non-profit organization with the goal of catching online sex crimes against children across the country.
